vacation bible school 2012:
exhausting,
exciting,
entirely worth it all to see those little kids light up at the name of Jesus.

Agreed. This past week was VBS at our church. We are in an urban environment, and we have to have it in the evening, because all of us who help/teach at VBS also have day jobs that we can not take time off from. Our VBS photos look a little different than yours, but I know both groups of kids had fun! We had 22 registered, which is more than we had last year. While I love helping at VBS (this year I was crafts and the official photographer, and the floater…) there is always a part of me that is grateful when the week is over. Going straight to VBS from a full time job and getting home at 9:15 every night is definitely a workout!
