we are so blessed to be able to take 2 beach vacations this summer.
last week was our first trip and it was with jon’s family in Duck, NC (The Outer Banks).
we had such a blast and sweet time with jon’s sisters (and family) who we don’t get to see too often.
there was lots of cousin-playing,
sand-digging,
pool-swimming,
dauntless water-jumping,
seriously, how amazing are those puddle jumper floaties?
pier-walking,
family-photo-taking,
why is my husband harder to photograph than the kids?
i love how he looks at his big sis in awe.
be still my heart..
and just all around relaxing.

Great to see your beautiful family on the beach! Glad you are sticking with that tradition of a beach vacation every year. We hope to start something like that in the next few years as our kids get older, farther away, and perhaps start a family of their own some day. Looks like you had a fun time!
